The Feria de Céret

The Feria de Céret celebrates its 30 birthday 2018. The four day celebration in the small french pyrenees town is a mixture of traditional bull fights in the arena, a 250 meter bull run on the main street and a huge party in the center of the city. More than 20 bands play in front of the different bars. Every sport club opens it own temporary bar with food and drinks for little money. So there is a basketball bar, a rugby bar and a ballerina bar.

Bullfighters wait for the bulls to arrive at the arena.
A performer prepares her horse for the parade.
Bands play all over the city center and residents and visitors dance to their music.
Bullfighters and staff assess the bulls from the roof of the stables.
The local experts are the first to enter the arena and secure the best seats.
The sandy soil is watered for a fight.
