World Vision is working since 1975 in Lebanon. Since 2012, World Vision (international) has distributed aid to around 55 million US $ to 414,271 Syrian refugees and host communities in need with humanitarian aid. Help was on the fields of water / sanitation / hygiene / waste management, distribution of food and fast moving consumer goods (directly and through vouchers and monetary support), child protection centers and tutoring for Syrian refugee children in preparation for school attendance in the host country, rent subsidies, made winter assistance and health services.
